How it works
A research-chemical vendor, not a healthcare provider. You order vials of compound and bacteriostatic water, they arrive separately, and everything after that is yours to do.
What you get
- Unmixed vials of compound
- Bacteriostatic water, usually shipped separately
- No clinician, no prescription, no pharmacy
- No dosing guidance, no check-ins, no follow-up
What to check before signing up
- Material sold for research use is not manufactured, tested or labelled for human use. That is a statement about the regulatory category it is sold in, not a claim about any particular vendor.
- Identity and purity rest on the vendor's own certificate of analysis. A third-party certificate from a named lab, tied to the specific batch you received, is the only version of that worth anything.
- Salt forms sold as semaglutide sodium or semaglutide acetate are not the approved active ingredient.
- You are setting your own dose with no clinician reviewing it. Reconstitution arithmetic errors are the most common way this goes wrong, and they go wrong by factors of ten.
- Nobody is monitoring you for pancreatitis, gallbladder disease or dehydration, and there is no prescriber to call when something changes.
Our take
The cheapest cash route here by a wide margin, and the only one with no clinical oversight of any kind. Those two facts are the same fact. We list it because people use it and pretending otherwise helps nobody, not because we think the saving and the risk are evenly matched.
