How it works
A concierge medical practice that sells medications online. The weight loss programme is a subscription: a virtual consultation with their medical team and lab testing determine eligibility, then compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide ships to your home and you administer it yourself. Brand pens (Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy) are offered at a separate, much higher monthly price. The catalogue is otherwise broad: sermorelin, CJC-1295/ipamorelin, BPC-157, GHK-Cu, PT-141 and other peptides.
What you get
- Compounded semaglutide at $199/mo (shipment every 90 days)
- Compounded tirzepatide at $299/mo (shipment every 60 days)
- Brand pens at $1,999/mo: Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy
- Virtual consultation and lab testing included; the cost of labs is separate
- Medication shipped to your home, self-administered
- Peptide catalogue sold alongside the weight loss programme
What to check before signing up
- The subscription has a 4-month minimum. Cancelling early carries a $250 cancellation fee, per their own signup terms.
- If insurance does not cover the brand medication, their terms offer cancelling with the $250 fee or paying $650/month for Zepbound, against the $1,999/month headline brand price.
- The compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are shipped with glycine or methylcobalamin (niacinamide for tirzepatide) added. Ask what the additives are for and whether you can get the GLP-1 alone.
- Confirm which state-licensed pharmacy compounds the medication and whether it is a 503A or 503B facility. Their FAQ says State Board of Pharmacy licensed sterile compounding pharmacies or FDA 503(b) outsourcing facilities.
- Lab testing is part of the screening but the cost of labs is not included in the subscription. They state most PPO insurance covers it; confirm yours does.
- Most of the peptides in the catalogue are not FDA-approved for the uses they are sold for. The evidence base differs sharply between them, and several have no human outcome trials at all.
Our take
Unlike the other concierge-style listing here, this is a real GLP-1 weight loss programme: compounded semaglutide at $199/mo and tirzepatide at $299/mo sit inside the usual compounded-telehealth price band, though the 4-month minimum and the cancellation fee change what leaving costs. The peptide catalogue sold alongside it is the thing to be careful with. A practice willing to sell peptides with no human trial evidence behind them is telling you something about how it weighs evidence, and that is worth factoring in alongside the price.
